When I arrived, I informed the staff that I had considerable back pain and asked that only the most necessary tests be performed and the rest put off until my next visit (6 months later). All were both sympathetic and cooperative. I had the exams I needed, and was able to leave in a reasonable time. I will go nowhere else for eye treatment!
