The staff at your reception area is an asset to your practice; their kindness and willingness to listen sets a welcoming tone. My compliments to April and others. Dr. Edmons has dealt with me and my somewhat chronic problem with gentleness, patience and tenacity. She has spent time with me on the phone and in the office; she has not wavered in her commitment to handling the problem. She has always made me feel as though the problem was going to get better. Thanks falls short of what her time and attention has meant to me.
