From the minute you walk into the office you are greeted by genuinely happy employees – the check in process is efficient and paperwork explained succinctly. During the eye exams and various tests you are given a thorough explanation and the opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed. The professionalism is top of the line. You are given individual care as if you are the only patient there! Dr. Fillmore is never rushed – even when you know he has patients waiting ( the wait has always been brief by the way!!! ) – he is thorough, genuine and a wonderful teacher when reviewing your exam results.
