About Us

About Dr. Christian Draper

Christian Draper, M.D., graduated from Brigham Young University, majoring in biology, and then earned his Doctor of Medicine from Texas Tech University Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. He completed his internship, specializing in internal medicine, at the University of California through Riverside Community Hospital, and then finished his residency in ophthalmology at Nassau University Medical Center. He also performed rotations at Columbia University Harkness Eye Institute and served as chief resident during his last year of training. Following his residency, he joined the Mayo Clinic for a fellowship focusing on glaucoma.

Dr. Draper is board certified in ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society. His other specialties include micro-invasive and traditional glaucoma surgery, glaucoma laser surgery, and cataract surgery. When he’s not caring for his patients, he enjoys music, art, traveling, and outdoor activities with his family, like hiking and skiing.
