I have been at your facility only two times. Each time I was greeted immediately as I entered. I was quickly seated and had a very short wait before being seen. Every person I came into contact explained who they were and what their purpose was. In addition to being treated as a patient, I was considered valued as a person. I appreciate that greatly. The level of expertise is beyond words. Each and every contact I made explained every process and test that was conduced to me in a way that I could understand. I value being a patient at your facility and remain confident in the future care of my vision. I couldn’t be more content in the care I receive. Thank You.
