Employees were polite and helpful. Doug, the tech, was especially helpful in explaining procedures. He also reduced my fear of cataract surgery by using a model eyeball and showing a real size lens. The doctor was encouraging and did not insist on decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. Altogether a pleasant visit.
