My husband and I have been through a lot of diverse Doctors and your office was by far the most pleasant and congenial. We were very impressed with Shawn and his gentle yet informed nature and both he and the Doctor were very amazing at explaining the issues in layman terms. The minute we walked in the door the feelings of stress and a month of fear that I may lose my eyesight became calmer and made me more relaxed at what I was going to be hearing. When we sat down in the waiting room and started looking at all the military and professional documents and awards that Dr. Fillmore had received at this point in his life, I felt very sure that he was a man of integrity. My feelings were quickly verified as soon as he came in the room and started his questioning. I have had many eye exams over the years and I must say that I have never had as many procedures done which made my husband and I very confident that he had given me absolute insurance that he was going to to take care of my issues not only now, but just because we are all different that he would keep keep me “under surveillance” in the future. Both Doctor Fillmore and Shawn totally surpassed all my expectations and with all the new types of Specialists that I have been having to see since my accident, I give them both a “Two thumbs up!!”
